Maui
For this activity, the topic was Maui. I heard that Maui have brothers that are mean to him.
But one day Maui fish with his brothers and then Maui caught a big fish. Then his brothers begin to chop the big fish then marvelled to him saying, Maui is the best fisherman ever.

ReplyDeleteI also found it really interesting to read about Maui and his brothers. Do you have any siblings? I have one sister, Leigh, who is two years younger than I am. She currently lives in Canada with her husband and her two children. I really miss her sometimes!
I hope that you and your family are able to spend lots of quality time together over the holiday. Do you ever go fishing together like Maui and his brothers did?

Speaking of fish, it's my fiancee's birthday today and he asked for fish and chips for dinner. It's going to be delicious! What are you having for dinner tonight? Anything special?

DeleteWe are so excited going fishing with my family, we enjoyed being together. My brother and I have fun time swimming at the beach with my mom while my father catching fish.
Last time, my brother and I catched a small fish with our own fishing rod. Then we put it back into the water.
My father loves fishing, because he likes to eat fish.
Fish is rich of vitamins, good for our body. He cooked Filipino style we called paksiw (fish is boiled with vinegar, garlic and onion) and skabetche (its a fried fish with sauce - sauted garlic, onion,carrots, ginger, pepper, vinegar and water). He likes also to soaked fish with garlic and vinegar, then after a day he fried the fish. We do grill sometimes. We cooked yummy food with a fish, then we enjoyed our dinner.
We do fishing specially when its holidays and rest day of my father.

DeleteYum, skabetche sounds amazing. I will have to give it a try with my family this week-end when we all get together. We often like to try out a new recipe and skabetche sounds ideal.
